SURVEYING
A surveyor, appointed by us, will visit your home to take measurements and check that all the proposed design is suitable. They’ll also be on hand to advise any potential changes.
If planning permission is needed, the surveyor will also collect all the necessary drawings and documentation.
PLANNING & BUILDING REGS
Your dedicated surveyor will look after your planning application and submit it to your local council for approval.
It can take up to ten weeks for everything to be processed and we will be in touch once everything is confirmed.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
Permaframe will assign a complete schedule of works for the project and coordinate all the fitting teams.
We’ll also check with you about access to electricity and water supplies (where necessary) and potential dates for delivery and storage.
BUILDING & INSTALLATION
Before any bricks are laid, your Permaframe building team will discuss brick choice and make sure you’re happy with the closest match.
Once the building work has been completed, your frames and/or roof will be fitted.
Don’t forget that we’ll be coordinating the entire process and liaising with all the installers involved in your project, so you can sit back and relax as we manage everything.
FINISHING
With everything finished, we’ll make a final check and ensure you’re happy with your new space.
