Moving house has become an impossibility for many local householders due to rising property prices which poses a problem if they’ve outgrown their residence. They may try to declutter and reorganise to generate floor space, but that won’t necessarily always solve the issue and could see them turn their attention instead to a possible home extension installation.

When you think of home extensions you usually think about conservatories, but there are other options available including the Livin Room orangery, one of the most glamorous home extensions money can buy.

A ‘Livin Room’ orangery is so-called because it offers occupants a true living room feel inside, though it can serve as some other type of setting such as a dining area or home office. Slightly different to your traditional orangery, it has a giant glazed roof covering the structure and the dense perimeter ceiling within its interior can house numerous spotlights and speakers. Box guttering is also fixed on the outside of the design.

To the untrained eye you would swear that many of the Livin Room orangeries we have had the privilege of fitting are an original part of their respective buildings. This is due to us crafting them in a style that complements where they’re built e.g. Lean-To, Gable, Victorian, Georgian etc.
